Summary: SNMP mib install ignores packaging location
Initial Comment:
SVN rev 1711 in modules/snmp/Makefile broke our gentoo ebuild since it tries to
install the MIB files outside of the working directory during the install phase.
The condition that is breaking for us is that the build machine has
net-snmp-config which cause the make install step to place the files in
/usr/share/openser instead of /var/tmp/portage/work/ ... where the packaging
system wants it during the make install step.
I can't figure out if it just needs $(cfg-prefix) because the build system vars
aren't well documented.
