Summary: LCR: default AVP's not recognized
Initial Comment:
OpenSER fails to start because the following LCR AVP's do not have their
default values recognized:
fr_inv_timer_avp
gw_uri_avp
ruri_user_avp
contact_avp
rpid_avp
If the values are specified in the configuration file then OpenSER starts.
For example:
modparam("lcr", "fr_inv_timer_avp", "$avp(s:Invite_Timeout)")

the only problem is that the online doc was not generated based on latests
sgml-s.
