Yes. Maybe we could use the sipstone (http://www.sipstone.org/)
benchmark, and extend it with typical use cases, e.g:
- authentication
- loading caller preferences from DB
- loading callee preferences from DB
- DNS lookup
- accounting
Of course this measures not only the SIP proxy itself but the whole
infrastructure but would be more meaningful.
