my mistake in the comment - it is (as the docs say) about the DNS
failover disabling (not blacklist).

i don't understand this. according to tm/README, t_relay("0x04")
disables DNS failover, not DNS blacklisting.

* 0x04 - disable the DNS failover for the transaction. Only
first IP will be used. It disable the failover both at
transaport and transaction level.
