OpenSER presence module reads this information from the xcap_xml
MySQL table. You need an XCAP server to provision this table. Your
client accesses this file using XCAP protocol, this has nothing to do
with the SIP Proxy.
2. Is there any support for file transfer using IM client ?
Not yet.
