sounds good. :-)
The current plan is to use such process(es) for nathelper (working on
that) and maybe in the future to split the default timer process in two
- for fast and accurate processing and for slow and permissive processing.
Good idea, that split could perhaps help to improve the performance.
That's the idea - with the current implementation, the timer support
cannot make use of the more than one cpu or core......so, it is a bit
inefficient when comes to scale on the available hardware.
