Summary: Minor Crash (SIGSEGV) in Dialog Module
Initial Comment:
When the dialog module is started with DB persistence
enabled (modparam("dialog", "db_mode" "1 or 2") and the db_url for
dialog hasn't been set, OpenSER segfaults instead of indicating
misconfiguration and halting
