first of all, you should check that enter was successful :) The most simple case is that is don't. This can be confirmed by the ret code checking and via /proc/<pid>/status of the particular thread

What else can I try or what debugging flags are there to see info about the scheduler or where in the code does the cpu limit get enforced (and do kernel threads get checked in that code)... or what are the right questions for me to ask you guys?
