Yes. Via custom cgroups engine, we simply have to add
description into criu command line.

Actually no, imagine this divergence the code base between vanilla
criu and our own one :( And I have to keep this divergence in mind
so with new commits cherry picked from vanilla the our custom one
won't be lost.
I fear we can end up arguing each other for long more but there
is no time slice I have for this. Thus fine, even I don't like it,
I'll go this way and patch criu stable.
