Hi, please consider this bugreport:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1111520 it is about the default fencing behaviour of ovirt in the special case of a single node cluster when a logical network marked as "required" is not available on the single host in the cluster. the default behaviour is, to shutdown all vms.
