The problem fixed by the mentioned patch was the inability to start the engine server: 2015-04-06 14:15:52,683 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.InstallVdsCommand] (ajp--127.0.0.1-8702-2) [4955a1dc] Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException While the message regarding the 'Unable to get value of property: 'vdsName'' is a warning and shouldn't have any effect on any action. I proposed a fix for it as well: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/39824/ > Was this patch (39557) included in the build > (20150405172242.git35c8428)?
