We are currently removing SPM and as part of that adding infra to track
progress.
After this we will begin adding progress bar for all storage related
actions.

Canceling the qemu-img task from Engine is also something that should
be addressed at some point.
'copyImage' tasks are displayed via vdsClient.
Is there any particular reason why a "Cancel" button was never added
to the Engine's Task list?
