[RFE] for dialogs with side sections (e.g. New VM, New Cluster):
need to "jump" to first section with validation error upon click on "OK"
test result: Failed for Data Center New Dialog, worked for rest of
the dialogs

Does not work for Data Center dialog, works for all other dialogs.
