Adding the fc28 host to a fc28 engine is a bit of a problem - the EC issue can be hacked on the host side by commenting out the /etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key host key from sshd_config, but it fails later on (still checking why). As for a fc28 host on an el7 engine, it works nicely after applying this patch [1] and adding the appropriate interpreter in /etc/sysconfig/ovirt-engine
