Hey developers,

those of you who are using the code checker tool of the occ command may have
noticed it. Since 8.2 there is a message about the file appinfo/version in an
apps directory.

Back in times this was introduced to gather fast the fact about a version of an
app without loading the info.xml. This duplicated the version number and could
be loaded and parsed easily. But nowadays we don’t check this that often
anymore and already parse and cache the info.xml anyway. So having the separate
file with the version is not mandatory anymore.

It is still supported but could be easily removed from the appinfo directory.
Just write the version number in the info.xml and all should work.

Feel free to remove the version file from your apps and drop the redundancy ;)

PR that introduced the check: https://github.com/owncloud/core/pull/19306

Cheers
Morris
