We're now in the code freeze phase, which means that only fixes for critical regressions and showstoppers will be accepted. The release date for the final 9.1 version is planned to be on the 21. of July. See https://github.com/owncloud/core/wiki/Maintenance-and-Release-Schedule#owncloud-910 A branch "stable9.1" has been created for all fixes and backports related to 9.1 and the "master" branch is now open for pull requests for the upcoming 9.2 version.
