why using youtube? If you want to use popups it would require to
make an addon, which has some sort of CMS or list which delivers
the youtube urls, how do you want to manage them, for having the
option to open a popup?? (also there could occur copyright issues,
not every video may be played as an embedded frame).
It would result in a management, not related to owncloud.
I recommend to upload the videos also to the cloud and use the
official video player app.
If you share a video, it can be played from the share url too.
