Die Konfigurationsblock soll con Pm3.Platform in Pm3.Core verschoben
werden. Die Konfiguration wird somit Bestandteil der Core Bibliothek.
So können wir schon eine Basiskonfiguration für die Erweiterung ,
aktiv/nicht aktiv oder die Bootreihenfolge festlegen.
