Dear RIOTers,
due to holidays, testing was a bit delayed and so is the release.
I would like to do the next release candidate today.
There are still a few open isuses that I want addressed and backported
before:

They are all marked with `backporting-needed` and would need some help
to finalize the review.
If you can help on one of the open issues your help is welcomed.

the effort of improving automated testing.
