Seems so. There is no relocation code for m32c. There is for m32r.
Got a quick fix? This looks like the easiest of the failures so far. :(
I checked the lists on cpukit/configure.ac and libtest/configure.ac and
m32c is not listed and so LIBDL empties the Makefile. Does this mean a
dummy preinstall target is needed ?
