The "./boostrap -p" was more or less replaced by "./bootstrap -H". This
sub-command is for RTEMS developers not users.
I think the standard way to bootstrap the sources is now via
$RSB/source-builder/sb-bootstrap.
I can look into updating the docs if there aren't already any patches
out there and what I said above sounds correct. The bootstrap script's
"-h" help message doesn't mention "-g" or "-r" either, so I'll
probably update that as well, if that wasn't intentional.
P.S. - Brilliant work here! Seems like a behemoth of a task! :D
