Since these are intended to be templates that someone instantiates as a starting point, I changed Year and Author to be a spot to be filled in after the template is instantiated. I am going to make a sweep through them to make sure they all still compile. And then add at least one more. Gedare and I are working on a list of POSIX and C++11 thread examples for Google Code-In students to create.
