I have this ... exe: sh -c "/d/opt/rtems/rsb.git/source-builder/sb/rtems-build-dep -c x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc -I '-IC:/msys64/mingw64/include/python2.7 -IC:/msys64/mingw64/include/python2.7' -H Python.h" with Python2.7 and it works. The quoting in both look the same so it must be something in Python3 that is causing the issue.
