     I would change everything to '_' separators since we have also the
     RTEMS
     options:


Dashes are often used as separators so can be questionable to use in strings
intended to be a single token.

Ok, so change "EXPECTED-PASS" to "EXPECTED_PASS", all "-" to "_" in report.py,
and accept [-_] in report.py.

Please make sure
https://docs.rtems.org/branches/master/user/testing/tests.html#test-controls is
also updated?

I had a look at it. It already uses EXPECTED_FAIL and USER_INPUT. I have to update the "Test Configuration" for the new build system.
