The RTEMS_BARRIER_AUTOMATIC_RELEASE and RTEMS_BINARY_SEMAPHORE options had the same value. In order to better detect a misuse of option values (for example using RTEMS_BINARY_SEMAPHORE for rtems_barrier_create()), the options should have unique values.
