Hi Based on this wikipedia article, I think the maximum file size for FAT32 is 4GB and the partition size is 16TB with 4KB sectors.

Ignore the issue of why someone would put FAT on a media that large. The better solution would involve getting BSD file systems working on RTEMS. --joel
