This patch set updates the covoar tool to allow it to work with the outputs of the current build system. It includes various fixes and improvements needed to successfully produce coverage reports for the following BSP configurations: griscv-sis, leon3-sis, pc-qemu, xilinx_zynqmp, and xilinx_zynq_a9_qemu.
