Yes, we do make use of driver VMs. So far we have done this for ethernet, block and audio devices on the Odroid-C4/MaaXBoard but they are still experimental. We have a student who is working on getting libvmm working on the Raspberry Pi 4B for another project, once we have that working we can let you know.
