Yes, but it may be disabled by default unless we can get a bug fixed in
a non-intrusive way.  Right now, it is breaking support for rotation
in drivers that support rotation from the config file.

The current implementation is resize only in the XFree86 server;
there are full implementations in the kdrive server.

Not really at this time.  The intent is to just use the current interfaces
for resolution change, and follow up with a more complete infrastructure in
the release after this.

As resize can be done with existing interfaces, no.

We'll have to add interfaces to support reflection, rotation, etc, in the future.
