I have the keyboard side of the evdev input stuff almost done, however there are one or two things left that are not entirely clear.
Specificly, what is pKbd->rate? And in what units?
(It could be everything from CPS to the delay between letter events
while repeating, and if the latter it could be in a number of different
units, thus..)
