  My application is 'tvtime':  http://tvtime.sourceforge.net/    but it
requires a V4L-supported capture card.  I have access to an 845G that I
could try and design a test app, but it's not set up right now.  I would
imagine that any app outputting to XVideo at a high framerate/bandwidth
would exhibit the problem though, tvtime outputs by default to a
720x480 YUY2 surface at 59.94 frames per second.
