maybe you should have a clearification of the patch and fix submission system. I've seen people who were previously subscribed to the fixes and patches mailing lists that they are no longer receiving any submissions. You say the emails are still accepted. Does that mean that they are still collected for inclusion into the tree? If so we have to sort out which ones were also submitted to bugzilla after the submitter has been directed to bugs.xfree86.org.
