Sorry, forgot an important step: transcoded fonts should be removed,
on-the-fly transcoding will happen.
$ rm *-*-*.pcf
$ for i in *.pcf; do fonttosfnt -o ${i%.pcf}.ttf $i ; done
$ rm *.pcf
