Opcodes BASES for extensions are dynamically generated
and you can query them with "xdpyinfo -queryExtensions".
The opcode of the individual request within that extension
is the request number + extension BASE.  The request numbers
are in the header file in /usr/include/X11/extensions for the 
appropriate extension.
