-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I'm trying to get XFree up and running on my Tecra 8200 (under Debian unstable). I've given up on 1400x1050 resolution and would now just be happy with reasonable performance at 1280x1024.
The driver at http://www.xfree86.org/~alanh/ doesn't run with XFree 4.2 (no surprise) and when I attempt to use the compiled XFree binary there, I get the error log below. Does anyone have an accellerated trident binary for XFree 4.2 from debian unstable that they'd be willing to share? Or, can anyone suggest how I might get the XFree 4.3 to run? TIA! This is a pre-release version of XFree86, and is not supported in any way. Bugs may be reported to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and patches submitted to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Before reporting bugs in pre-release versions, please check the latest version in the XFree86 CVS repository (http://www.XFree86.Org/cvs).
