write about setting a different ChipId for my Club3d Card (0x5964) For my understanding: the "ChipId" keyword in the Config file not for telling the driver to accept the card with the given ID but to fake another ID At least the Version 4.3.0.1 radeon man page is not very clear about that. Some more explanation will be helpfull.
