Hello, Ive been looking into how the Xserver chown's terminals.
I cannot work out though why the server chowns /dev/tty0 to the user:group of the current user who started the process. Ive done some testing on what happens if this is not done, and have not experienced any difficulties. So is there a valid reason for why /dev/tty0 is chown'ed? (I know the current terminal is chowned but thats understandable) Thanks Andrew Bevitt _______________________________________________ Devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/devel
