i've just noted that one: Before the Radeon based card i had a GeForce2. For that one i used the propritary nvidia driver. I was not sure anymore if i had DRI support with the GeForce2 but i just made a test. With the GeForce2 card i was able to play "Enemy Territory" without problems. But i am unable to do so with the Radeon card since i get messages about missing hardware acceleration (as expected). In bose cases i had a Xinerama setup together with the PCI Matrox Millenium card. So this seems like it is possible to use DRI even in Xinerama mode. But probably i am overseeing something? I don't want to bother around with this, i am just trying to find a chance of getting DRI support on my first screen with that Radeon card and still be able to use Xinerama. Thanks again! -- If I would be a tapeworm, I would prefer penguins. _______________________________________________ Devel mailing list [email protected] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/devel
