Log:
Revert to earlier t/92-file_port.t and do require Test::Portability::Files
instead of use
to avoid triggering a plan() via the import. We call import explicitly
later.
Don't use all_tests because the DOS (8.3 name length) triggers lots of
warnings
that we'll never fix, and that's the only test not enabled by default.
