I'm aware of Devel::Callsite from the discussions awhile back on
perl5-porters.

I don't think the technique is of any immediate use because there's no
way to identify which parts of any given source line a particular
callsite relates to.  Humans are pretty good at working that out for
themselves on the relatively rare occasions they need to.

Even if there was a way, trying to convey that information through the
data stream, the data model, and into the reports is likely to require
significant development effort.
