Give up testing with Moose due to timeouts
eg https://travis-ci.org/timbunce/devel-nytprof/jobs/51593848
The timeout only affects debug builds of perl so we could get smarter
and only try installing Moose on non-debug builds, but I've other fish
to fry at the moment. Patches welcome.
