Update test expectations for strawberry perl portable
Strawberry perl portable versions return different eval IDs,
presumably due to some eval calls prior to the profile start.
For example, '(eval 5)[-:1]' is returned instead of '(eval 1)[-:1]'.
Update the tests to identify when this happens, and to then correct for it.

Merge pull request #123 from shawnlaffan/portable_strawberry_tests
Update test expectations for strawberry perl portable.
Closes #76 and #94, I hope.
