You think? Why not? Is Motif on Linux beyond hope?
Well, nedit with Openmotif on Fedora 7 at least is broken (for me).
Fedora has officially abandoned Openmotif, and I suspect other Linux
distributions will eventually follow. That leaves lesstif, which appears
to be on life support. It would appear that virtually no new apps,
including commercial apps (I use a lot of commercial engineering
software) are using Motif, so there is little incentive for anyone to
fix bugs in Openmotif/lesstif/Xorg/Linux, or even determining where the
bugs are.
