Fix for SF#1628593
Documents with line numbers of different width changed the window width
even
if this would not be necessary. This fix recalculates the gutter width
for
each new document and avoids the problem.
Fix by Bert Wesarg.
(Also, a small but important fixfix for my last commit.)
