Ahh, of course--/usr for the system wide application of the file, $HOME for a 
specific user.

PS: Aside: While I think of it, I might mention that the .aml file attached to 
that page is in one sense a partial file.  askRhk files can (and usually do) 
contain multiple records (separated by by the mailbox file header, "From ..." 
and a terminator "morF").
