Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: Program Group: release Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Amiga Lemming (amigalemming) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: file argument ignored when starting nedit Initial Comment: I use NEdit 5.5 on Kubuntu. This worked nicely until one of the regular Kubuntu updates. Since then, if I call from the shell nedit file then NEdit starts, but does not load 'file'. However, if I close the KDE session while NEdit is running, it will be started with the same files loaded if I start KDE again. That is, it must be something about the shell startup not about loading files at startup at all. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=111005&aid=1940713&group_id=11005 -- NEdit Develop mailing list - [email protected] http://www.nedit.org/mailman/listinfo/develop
