Now two things. Someone labeled the lesstif version you are > using as "Known Bad" probably for a reason.
Someone else also labeled this version in debian (+ubuntu) as fixed: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=356017 > The other thing is "the copy&paste problem" which someone said this > would be fixed in CVS. Who said so? Hum, good question. The days before i compiled and installed HEAD, i have read the nedit mailinglist archive, all entries about this issue over the last years. This bug is marked as invalid in KDE now: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129994 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129994#c27 based on the comment you made ;-) So, i end up with a dysfunctional editor. And i would really appreciate not to change my favoured editor just because of this issue. Kind regards -- Andreas 'ads' Scherbaum Failure is not an option. It comes bundled with your Microsoft product. (Ferenc Mantfeld) -- NEdit Develop mailing list - [email protected] http://www.nedit.org/mailman/listinfo/develop
