ah, just make the file yourself, i missed that :)
about emacs-bidi, it crashes. crashes when mouse rolls over menu. no news i know. i tried DDD on it but after 1 hour i just got really bored, and was getting no where. the way i see it, it needs to be debugged by the person who wrote it, or someone familiar with emacs. im afraid it would take me months to fix it.
the only thing i can help with (or probably think i can), is work on the emacs-unicode branch and add some Bidi library to emacs, like FriBidi, minibidi. and then just reorder the text buffer somewhere on its way to the display function.
