also, on a general note, diacritical marks in postscript are not as good as in
TTF fonts, because there is no 'anchor point' for them specified in the
modified character. For instance, the fatHa does not change it's vertical
position depending on the height of the preceding letter. i.e. in postscript
the fatHa has a fixed vertical position. The consequence of this is that the
fatHa in the font file must either be placed very high, to avoid crossing
e.g. the laam, or the printing software must adjust the height of each haraka
depending on the character is is modifying.
