I'm including a couple of temporary screenshots [1][2] to illustrate
the problem. Do please note that there are a plethora of files in
Arabeyes' "translate" arm of its CVS [3]. I randomly selected a
file from Gnome [4] to view/compare.

Doubtful, but you never know. The problem definitely manifests
itself in lines where Arabic/Latin are mixed.
BTW: my litmus test always includes a careful inspection of this
ever-growing/changing file [5].
